No refunds

All payments for Plus and Premium are final and non-refundable.

Cancel any time

You can cancel at any time. For a card plan, use Manage subscription in the chart or on Pricing. Cancelling means your plan is not renewed. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

How payments work

A card payment goes through Whop and starts a subscription. It renews each month or year until you cancel, and Whop handles your card details. A crypto payment goes through NOWPayments, is one payment and never renews: to extend a plan you pay again, so there is no recurring charge to stop.

If a payment goes wrong

If something goes wrong with a payment, such as a wrong amount or a network problem, write to [email protected] or @ggcharts_bot from the Telegram account you pay with, and we will sort it out. Include the date, the amount, the coin and the transaction ID.
